The Holland Home

Very beautiful and clean home. Extremely comfortable beds. Shower had great water pressure and space. Master suite is massive. There is also an additional suite with its own bathroom. And a huge bonus was the modern front load washer and dryer. It’s so much better than a hotel’s facilities. There is a gorgeous walking trail right behind the house. The home was generously spacious. There is plenty of seating for everyone in the living/kitchen/dining open concept area. My family enjoyed the hot tub as well. We couldn’t use the garage because we had a 15 passenger van, but it’s a nice feature compared to a hotel. There is also an abundance of food options very close by. The neighbors are also very polite and kind.

The check out list felt a little overboard and extensive. For $700+ dollars a night, I shouldn’t have to worry to death that I may not do something exactly right and be charged extra. I don’t understand why we would be responsible for a recycling bin being taken to the street when we didn’t use it. We were there just one night as a pit stop. I feel like that’s a housekeeping responsibility. This is definitely not a place you want to have young, rowdy children. The dining room table had a pretty, white cloth on it and I took it off before I let my kids eat at the table. The quiet time starting at 7pm is too early. We aren’t a loud, obnoxious group but kids can be excited and rambunctious on a vacation beyond 7pm. Also, it stated to take shoes off as you entered. I personally wear my shoes at all times, even at my own house. Combined with the 10+ item check out list, I was on edge.

The house was very comfortable and clean. Everything we needed was there. The location was perfect for us. We were three couples with children, and we had a wonderful time at your house, thank you!!!
