Host communicated well, house as described. Met all our needs. The only small issue was the golf cart provided made a loud noise due to the front wheels being messed up. The host did state that the golf cart was as is, no promises. We drove it but it would have been perfect except for that.

The home, location and property management was positive experience. Well appointed guest accommodations overall. The one drawback was the quality of the golf cart. Though property management did arrange for it to be checjed, the tires screeched when transitioning to different types of pavement and overall shaky with subpar function. We were fortunate to have friends nearby for transportation for distances. If a golf cart is not a deciding factor in choosing a property, absolutely recommend without reservation.

Loved the house. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked! And the in-house laundry. Please get a new recliner! The existing one is not very functional. I will try to get there next year! Thank you for a lovely home away from home.
