Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath, fully furnished patio villa. Perfectly located in the village of Fernandina, you'll be only a short golf cart (no charge with damage waiver!) drive away from multiple pools, golf courses, tennis & pickleball courts, and Brownwood/Paddock Square Village Center.

A little over an hour's drive from Orlando Intn'l Airport (MCO).

Property comes with everything you need including wi-fi, gas golf cart, and a brand new propane grill.

The home was in a great location, was very clean, the kitchen was so well equipped with anything you needed and had a wonderful screened in lanai.The host, Jim, was very responsive to any questions I had and so patient with the difficulties I was having while booking (my laptop was seriously malfunctioning). I would highly recommend this rental and plan to return in late October.

Check in & out was very convenient. The villa was very clean & met all my expectations. I will definitely consider renting again for next year.
