About this house rental
Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath, fully furnished in excellent condition. Perfectly located in the village of Fernandina, you'll be only a short golf cart (included with waiver!) drive away from the Bradenton Village Center, the Gilchrist and Manatee Recreational Centers, and the Bonifay Country Club, among others.
Property comes with everything you need including wi-fi, a gas golf cart, and a propane grill.
Villages activities include golf, pickle ball, tennis, pool , yoga ,tai chi, archery, billiards, etc etc etc.
This home just became available but won't be available for long.
Note: You may see the last day of each month as being "unavailable." This day is set aside for house cleaning. If your plans involve renting for two or more consecutive months, please contact me and I will make the cleaning day "available."

Great home with everything you need. Location to the squares is perfect for golf carting. Host was very responsive with questions and took care of returning a package that was delayed in shipment and didn’t get delivered until a few days after we left.

The owner is excellent at communication. The place is quiet, well stocked, clean and comfortable. It is a great location that is well maintained. It feels safe if you are traveling alone.

Everything was as advertised it was a perfect place to get a feel for villages life. Several rec centers and country clubs nearby with pools and many other activites. Music in the town squares every night and the golf cart was all that was needed for transportation.
