About this apartment rental

Located in the heart of the ski village you are steps to the ski slopes & popular restaurants. Location is everything.

You can almost ski back in. There is a ski-in trail that ends just above Kutuk. Take your skis off and walk down a set of stairs to the common area sun deck at Kutuk.

This renovated condo has never been rented before now so we are privileged to present this gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. The bedrooms are large and offer a king bed & two queen beds. The sunken living room is cozy with plenty of seating around a beautiful gas fireplace & the built in 50″ smart TV.

The fully stocked kitchen will be easy to prepare meals or entertain your family and friends.

A very special complex with an enormous shared sun deck right out side the condo with a fire pit, corn hole, hammock, chair swing, outdoor table and chairs, ski lockers, two common area hot hots, Weber BBQ grills and views of the valley & ski base area.

A summertime treat is the relaxing and therapeutic sounds of Burgess Creek that flows by the spacious back patio.

After skiing, relax in one of the common area hot tubs and enjoy the amazing sunsets or enjoy your beverage by the fire pit.

Kutuk is a hidden gem by the ski area. Location is everything!

STOCKED UNIT: All our units are stocked with all supplies that you will need for your stay: toilet paper, paper towel, tissues, napkins, coffee filters, trash bags, small soaps, small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, laundry detergent, Dawn kitchen sink soap, Cascade for the dishwasher, Lysol/Clorox wipes, hand soap pumps at all sinks, hand sanitizer, 409/Lysol/Spic n Span or similar counter spray, two sets of sheets for each bed, minimum of 6 sets of towels per bathroom. (this is not your beach rental - you will not need to buy TP!)

After your reservation is made thru vrbo, Kim will ask you for your details like email, phone numbers, address, number of occupants, ages of any kids, flight details, etc. We are a property management company and our software requires your details to complete the booking.
