Bronze Tree 402 is sure to please with leather and wood furniture and artwork reminiscent of the local Colorado landscape and culture. This is a lovely 2 BD / 2BA residence that offers great natural light throughout the living space and magnificent views of the south valley all the way to the Flat Tops Wilderness Area.
The kitchen has been updated with custom cabinetry and granite countertops and backsplash. The dining table seats up to five guests with additional stools at the breakfast bar.
The focal point of the living area is the beautiful moss rock surrounded gas fireplace with a wooden mantle. A leather lounge set provides comfort to enjoy the fireplace or take in the picturesque views of the surrounding mountains. There is a large wall mounted flat screen television with a DVD player for your entertainment. Both bedrooms feature flat screen TVs and access to a bathroom. Please note the bathroom off the primary bedroom can also be access via the entry area.

We stayed here for a couple nights with the family to ski. The ski access was very easy to walk to and ski home. The location worked well for places on the mountain and a ~10 min ride to downtown. The overall spot is a bit dated but functional and comfortable.

We had a great stay at Bronze Tree 402!
Great location for ski in/ski out. The unit was clean, beds very comfortable, kitchen well equipped and out door hot tub was excellent!
Also, the complimentary VIP transport shuttle was very useful. We we’re planning to Uber for dinners, but used the shuttle every night both ways and it was great. Drivers were friendly and responsive.
The bathrooms could use some updating, but otherwise it was great!
Also, the view from the balcony is beautiful!

It has a pretty view over the valley and due to lower numbers of renters in the summer we had the pool area to ourselves. There was an issue with the unit we originally reserved, but the resort company put us in a comparable unit and we enjoyed our stay. This property is older, but well maintained. We had a minor maintenance issue while there and they were very responsive to correcting the issue. No A/C (which is not unusual) and we had our windows open in the evenings and over night. Steamboat Springs is beautiful with so many things to do in the area...I highly recommend as a vacation destination!
