We booked a 3-night stay in July 2024, attracted by the good location and pleasant view. However, our experience was marred by several issues.
On the day of our arrival, we received a message at 11:30 AM stating our unit was ready. We arrived a little after 2 PM, only to find the unit had not been cleaned at all. Despite promptly notifying the property management, we did not receive a response until we called 30 minutes later. The cleaners were sent over, but the unit was not ready until nearly 6 PM. This was particularly inconvenient as we were traveling with two young children. Had we been informed ahead of time about the delay, we could have made other arrangements to accommodate our kids.
Additionally, the listing mentioned an A/C unit, but there was no air conditioning in the unit. While the temperature was manageable at night, it became quite hot during the day.
Overall, while the location and view were as described, the lack of communication and misleading information about the amenities significantly affected our stay.

Appreciated most things about the stay
Check in process simple and communicative. The condo was spotless. Felt attended to. I think I might enjoy a winter stay more if would book again
View was truly spectacular no doubts !!! Moon and sunrise views. Beds comfortable. Linens good quality. Great access to mountain base entertainment and dining. Layout of kitchen good to cook in and socialize. The bedroom especially secondary bedroom size was generous . We liked being on top floor only heard hall noise of excited kids.
The condo could use some general attention to detail-some things we encountered -none of the bathroom outlets worked, paint is looking a bit tired chipped in places, couch pillows old/sad, so many furniture pieces were metal (outside hot ! peeling) and inside just a tad large for the space. We moved some around to avoid really sharp corners at night.
If you really plan to cook bring your own stash ! Salt pepper only. Minimal coffee provided.
Kitchen equipped ok only very tiny bowls so our pasta and cereal problematic —some useful utensils missing, no nonstick pans or vegpeeler, no metal tongs if you plan on grilling, no cleaning fluids to clean stove except soap detergent. So I would have loved to clean up easier.!
Lastly it’s really, really hot in late afternoon we expected that so we brought a fan and had 3 more going. Air con in master works fine cools off after sun goes down
Maybe s bit picky but meant to improve guest stay!

This place was great! They had everything we needed to cook! A few little things here & there that needed to be addressed, I would rent here again without thinking about it.
One thing to note - make sure you bring a few extra fans if you can! We were there in the middle of the summer and the living room was hot even with both fans provided! We brought an extra fan that kept the bedroom without the air conditioning comfortable.
