As you walk in the main entrance, you will be greeted by an absolutely gorgeous view! Through the floor to ceiling windows, the vista is so lovely you will think you’re gazing on a painting!

The main floor hosts a large living/gathering area with a gas fireplace, three bedrooms including the master (king bed) with ensuite including a jetted tub, and access to the large outdoor deck. The two additional bedrooms on this floor, each offer a queen bed, and they shared full bath. The large, completely equipped kitchen will host a number of cooks so no one has to ever say ‘there are too many cooks in the kitchen’! A large peninsula that seats four, plus a dining area with table seating for eight make group dining comfortable. Adjacent to the dining area is a wonderful porch with windows all around and access to the large deck, gas grill, outdoor dining table and that incredible view! Also on the main floor is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

The lower level offers two more bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds, and a full bath in the hall, and the other very spacious bedroom with a queen bed plus a daybed with trundle. This bedroom also has a private half bath. For those of you that have to fit a little work into your getaway, there is a dedicated office with large desk for you to set up shop! And when you need a work break there is a treadmill to work off the pressure! This lower level will prove the most popular place to be with a fantastic playroom! A pool table with a convertible ping pong top and a 12 foot shuffle board game will keep your guests competing and laughing for hours! A cozy TV nook with a second gas fireplace is perfect for movie buffs and board game players. Just outside of the game room is a year-round hot tub where you can relax and decompress after a day of sightseeing, shopping, skiing or just plain people watching!

The extensive yard and garden area is perfect for lawn games and various activities. A blazing bonfire in the pit is a great way to end each day… bring your stories and tell your tales!

All guests of this home will have access to the Owners’ Club amenities including the outdoor (seasonal) pool and kiddie pool, the indoor pool, large game room, workout facility, and gym (half basketball court). In the summer months, outdoor tennis, pickleball, and basketball court are available as well.

The Galena Territory has miles and miles of walking paths, Lake Galena and Marina where you can rent pontoon and fishing boats or kayaks and tool around this lovely lake for hours. Or, if you prefer, take a horseback ride over at the Shenandoah Riding Center or enjoy a round of golf on one of the 4 golf courses in the Territory. Less than a 15-minute drive you will enter the historic area of Galena where you will find an abundance of shops, many fantastic dining options, antiques, historical tours and live musical entertainment. The area offers a magnitude of sporting and thrill-seeking opportunities you won’t know what to do first! There is so much to see and do, in every season in Galena, you will wish you had planned to stay for another night or two, but no worries, you can always return for more!
