Explore the sprawling property with a stroll down "Miner's Way," a short trail along the wooded property. Spend the evening seated around the fire or take in the incredible starry skies while soaking in the 7-person hot tub. Enjoy hundreds of movies on the DVR for family movie night in our cozy "Cedar Theater," or stream your favorite shows on our Roku TVs.

The kids will love playtime at "Saplings"- their own secret playroom tucked under the stairs for tykes. Tweens & teens will love to escape to “Twigs” Game Room, located outside in the garage, features a 2-player electronic shootout basketball game, bumper pool, darts, mini shuffleboard, hook & ring, and a 2-joystick video game console loaded with 2,000+ arcade games (parents will love too)!

Timber Ridge offers guests plenty of quiet spaces to rest comfortably. There are 3 queen suites (Pine, Walnut & Oak) with private baths on each level of the home. The main level suite features a private balcony and attached nursery (Seedlings) with pack and play, changing table, baby gates & child-size stowaway cot. The spacious half bathroom on the main level accommodates a washer/dryer available for guest use. The lower level features two queen bedrooms (Hickory & Maple) that share a full bath, in addition to 2 sets of heavy-duty twin bunk beds (top bunks can support adults up to 300 lbs.) in Slumber Jacks bunk room, a semi-private space located just off the home theater. A queen sofa sleeper is in the theater too. 2 of the lower-level bedrooms have private access to the ground-level patio w/walkway to the hot tub.
The impressive great room, with a wood-burning fireplace, provides access to a large deck perfect for grilling and outdoor dining. The kitchen has everything you need to cook homemade meals for a crowd, including plenty of extra dishes to accommodate large groups. The dining room hosts a massive hand-crafted table with seating for 12 and access to the cozy screen porch.

You will have access to the GTA Owners Club while staying with us. The indoor pool is open year-round, and the outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The club is an exclusive amenity that can only be used by Galena Territory property owners and their guests. The Club includes an indoor swimming pool, an outdoor swimming pool w/slides, a kiddie pool, a fitness room, a game room, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, a seasonal snack bar, free WiFi, and an outdoor playground. Don't forget to visit Lake Galena, The Shenandoah Riding Center & hiking trails throughout the 6,800-acre property. Please remember that the use of amenities is NEVER guaranteed. We do not offer discounts or refunds due to their closure. Our cancellation policy is NOT flexible. We highly recommend travel insurance, which is offered at the time of booking and up until 15 days before check-in.

When you book a home with us, a 30% down payment is required; this is not a deposit. The full balance is due 14 days prior to check-in. If you cancel before the final payment is due, you will be refunded that payment with a cancellation fee of less than $35. At the 14-day mark, your final payment will be processed, the stay will become non-refundable, and dates cannot be adjusted. Please NOTE: You must sign an electronic rental agreement at the time of booking. We ask that this be signed and filed within 48 hours of receiving it to guarantee your reservation. You must be 25 or older when booking and present the entire stay. Check-in details are sent 3 days before your arrival to the email on file. Early check-in is never guaranteed and cannot be considered until the night before or the morning of your arrival. The check-in details will cover this process.
