Of all the places my husband, fur babies & I had stayed in through VRBO, this was probably our favorite!! Charming, super clean & very comfortable!This place was filled with everything you would think you would need for a stay & more! There were even treats for our fur babies to enjoy!! Brand new appliances & washer/dryer!! And though I know we were not the first to stay there, it felt as though we were the very first to stay there…that’s how clean & inviting it was!! We felt very safe in the area & everyone we met in the neighborhood was super friendly!! The bicycles the host, Eric, provides were so much fun to ride, especially along the Pinellas Trail!!My husband & I are in our 60’s and haven’t ridden bikes in years, but on our first day of riding, we peddled 22 miles, round trip, to Clear Water Beach without any effort at all! Thank you Eric, our host, for all of the incredible information you gave us about the area including awesome walking distance restaurants & especially the Pinellas Trail. I believe we peddled a total of 60 miles during our stay. We even plan to purchase new bikes & find riding trails here at home!!Also, we were able to take our fur babies almost everywhere we went, due to the “pet friendliness” of the area!! We will definitely vacation in that part of Florida again & will only want to stay in that exact same place!!

I have stayed here a few times. Always a favorite. Just as described. Nice safe neighborhood Great sunsets!Will definitely be back.

The place was very cute and in a great spot. It was not cleaned when we arrived though but Eric was swift about sending someone to clean things up. I did not realize, however, that there would be people staying above us. They were very loud banging around above us late into the night. The ceiling was very thin so we could even hear them talking sometimes. Our dogs are very sensitive to noise and we don’t want them to be disruptive either so we probably would have preferred staying when another family was not there. Very pretty little place though!
