The downstairs apartment on the main floor features one bedroom with queen size bed and sofa bed in Living Room, full bath and a fully equipped Kitchen for guests to prepare meals or snacks if desired! If additional space is needed there are 2 other areas on the property that can be combined. First we have an upstairs guest suite which can be rented at listing #686823 which sleeps 2 people with a king size bed, separate bathroom, and mini Kitchen! Second, we have the Main Cottage at listing #695228 which is a 2 bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, full Kitchen, Living & Dining Room.

The property was clean and well decorated. It was on a quiet street close enough to the downtown strip that we could walk everywhere. The only real issue was the bed. The mattress sinks so badly to the middle that it is impossible to sleep anywhere else. It needs to be replaced. Also, the property is overpriced for a 500 sf apartment.
