Perfectly located to the town of Boerne and the hill county . Jeff was a great host and reacted quickly when we had an issue with the Wi-Fi for two days. Furniture in the house is a old and needs replaced , but this is reflected in the price of the accommodation. All in all we were very happy with the accommodation .

The place was just OK. We stayed for over 2 weeks and was disappointed. Not enough supplies for 2 people who were there that long. Ran out of paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags after 1 week The BBQ was unusable as it was propped up against the fence and not movable without its falling apart, also rusted out. The oven was dirty and greasy, the roaches in the house was disgusting. Found 4! We reached out to the host and he said he would call someone to come and spray but that did not happen. Beds were comfy , location was great
