The Space:
Escape to Paradise on the Pack River! This pet-friendly craftsman home is a truly unique offering, situated on 6 acres with over 700 feet of private river frontage, offering stunning views of the iconic Pack River and surrounding mountains. The spacious 2,800sqft home features 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. The primary suite is the only bedroom located on the main floor, with a King bed and full en suite bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find the other four bedrooms and the bunk area. Three of the upstairs bedrooms have Queen beds, and the fourth bedroom upstairs has a Double-size bed. The kids in your group will love the upstairs bunk area, complete with a two Twin beds and a Full-size futon, and a massive TV for streaming their favorite shows and movies. Everyone will enjoy modern comforts like central air conditioning (upstairs only - the main level stays quite cool) and complimentary high-speed WiFi, and also traditional comfort provided by a cozy Hearth Stone freestanding fireplace for those colder days. Walk outside onto the covered deck where you'll have use of a gas BBQ and plenty of seating for meal times. To experience the finest natural beauty that North Idaho has to offer, head down to the private beach (about a 2-minute walk from the house) where you'll discover the most serene setting along the shore of the iconic Pack River. Make full use of tented area for shade and picnic tables at the water's edge, lounge on the beach, and jump in for swim in the crystal clear mountain water.
During the summer months, guests can also enjoy a charming detached bathhouse equipped with a kitchenette and full bathroom, perfect for added convenience. This is such a nice feature when everyone is going back and forth between the house and the beach area, as it has a full-sized fridge for your drinks, a sink, and a microwave. This bathroom has a toilet and sink, and a walk-in shower which is perfect for showering off after an afternoon on your private beach! Please note, the bathhouse is only available in the summer and is winterized during the colder months.

The house was wonderful. So much space, great kitchen, and the upstairs was set up so you could have two separate family groups up there. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was the outside area around the house was just tall weeds. If those had been cut down it would have felt more inviting. The area down at the river was very nice. Be sure to wear water shoes as the rocks are a bit slippery.

Was easy to check in and out. House had so many accommodations. The scenery is just beautiful. Beds are very comfortable. Very clean. Saw many different animals enjoying my coffee.
