What a beautiful home tucked away among the trees—our summer stay here was peaceful and truly picturesque. The house offered plenty of space, with private bedrooms and a spacious open-concept living and kitchen area that was perfect for gathering. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and sleeping with the windows open made for restful, cool nights. We enjoyed long walks in the surrounding area, and having the resort nearby was a bonus for meals out. Everything was clearly communicated, the home was spotless, and the management team was attentive and helpful throughout our stay. I absolutely loved this home and its location—I'll definitely be back!

I stayed here with friends for a weekend at Schweitzer. This is a great space & I would recommend it for a group of friends or families. The bedrooms are a good size so they can fit people & their stuff (especially in bunk rooms). It also has a good number of bathrooms so we never felt constrained. Having the hot tub & fireplace is great. The garage was big enough for 2 cars & there was space for a 3rd car right outside. There’s an HOA free shuttle that runs Fri night through Sun night so Sat and Sun you don’t have to drive to the mountain. It serves all the houses so we had to wait at the end of the day, but it was a nice option to not have to drive over. This is a new listing & it shows. There’s no welcome manual & the listing info in VRBO was different than the portal they sent (eg, check in time in VRBO is in MT but the property is in PT so there was confusion about check in time). The fireplace is very confusing & the owners said “it worked for others”. They need a picture of the many buttons you need to push to get it going-we watched a YouTube video. There was misinformation about the shuttle. They didn’t know it only runs on weekends so it was not an option for us Fri, but that was not shared. The property manager was extremely responsive & great, so we were able to sort through our issues, but they need to confirm the info they share & have basics available (like we didn’t have a sponge provided). Overall, would recommend but hope they work out kinks!

We had three families with us, ages 8-87 for a ski vacation at Schweitzer Mtn. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms made getting ready in the morning for skiing efficient as everyone had private space. The living room and dining spaces are tight to have everyone relax in the space, but we spent all day at the mountains and made it work. The large hot tub also helped with people-flow as some wanted to go sooner or later in the evening. There is no table big enough to accommodate 12- some ate on the couch and others at the bar and the rest at the table. The kitchen has an AWESOME pantry (a big win) where we could easily put all the food we needed for the week, a great wine/beer fridge plus a full sized fridge made it easy to store all our food - we cooked all our meals at home. The shuttle service to the mountain is also very easy! We all had a wonderful time!
