Nestled on a private stretch of waterfront along the iconic Pend Oreille River, Antler Cove Estate is more than just a destination—it’s an experience that unfolds like the pages of a cherished story. Here, in the heart of North Idaho’s pristine wilderness, a 4,400-square-foot log home invites you to leave the ordinary behind and step into a world where every detail inspires connection, adventure, and tranquility.

As you arrive, the grandeur of the estate immediately takes your breath away. Framed by panoramic views of the river and mountains, the house stands as a testament to rustic elegance, seamlessly blending the warmth of wood and stone with modern comforts. The wide front porch welcomes you inside, where soaring ceilings, natural light, and the inviting Great Room beckon you to sink into its cozy embrace.

Upstairs, four bedrooms await, each a serene retreat. The Primary Bedroom, with its King bed, wood-burning fireplace, and private balcony, feels like your personal haven. Outside, the gentle lapping of the river and the scent of pine trees create a soundtrack of peace. Two additional Queen bedrooms offer comfort and charm, while the bunk room—complete with two Twin bunk beds, a Full bed, and an air mattress—is a delightful hideaway for children. An alcove just outside the bunk room provides yet another cozy space with a Queen bed, tucked behind a curtain for privacy.

Antler Cove Estate is a place where mornings begin with steaming coffee on the deck, the sun casting golden light over the private beach below. Days unfold with endless possibilities: fishing off the dock, paddling along the shoreline in kayaks, or thrilling boat rides across the river. For the adventurous, water skiing, wakeboarding, and surfing the calm bays await. Afternoons might include building sandcastles with children, biking through the quiet neighborhood, or simply lounging in the sun.

As evening falls, the estate transforms. Gather with loved ones for dinner prepared in the gourmet kitchen, where every tool you need for a culinary masterpiece is at your fingertips. Dine alfresco on one of the decks, the setting sun painting the river in shades of amber and rose. Later, indulge in a soak in the outdoor hot tub, where the stars seem close enough to touch.

Each season brings its own magic to Antler Cove Estate. In summer, the lake comes alive with activity, while in winter, nearby Schweitzer Mountain offers world-class skiing just 23 miles away. Evenings in colder months are perfect for fireside chats or exploring the charm of Sandpoint, just 20 minutes from the estate.

**NOTE:  Each year, on September 18th OR the 3rd Sunday in September (whichever is later), the Army Corps of Engineers begins dropping the water level of Lake Pend Oreille until ultimately reducing it by a total of 10-12 feet.  Around the 4th week in September ALL boat docks and boat lifts on the lake become inaccessible and unusable, as the water completely recedes back from the shoreline leaving just bare ground beneath the docks.  The agreement with the Army Corps of Engineers states the lake level must be restored to full pool level each year no later than July 4th, however, the last 10+ years the lake water has been at full pool level around the 2nd or 3rd week in June.  This home utilizes exterior CCTV security cameras.  The attached garage is reserved for the homeowner's belongings, and is not available for guests to use.
