Our family enjoyed staying at this rental house, which was near Newport Beach House, for a wedding. It is a beautiful house with water views and well stocked. It was great having a bathroom for every bedroom. There was plenty of parking space and a nice yard for a litlle throwing of the football. We would recommend it to anyone.

We stayed at this lovely home for our son’s wedding. We could not have been happier with the house. It was perfect for our extended family. Clean and comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. I highly recommend this home!

We had 5 middle aged couples for reunion at the house. Well appointed, and having en suite bathrooms in each of the 5 bedrooms was fantastic. Nice gathering spaces, convenient to beach (clam shack there is great!), and close to Cliff Walk and Newport.

Positives: Excellent location, large deck, patio and main living area with lots of light and clean. Several pretty significant shortcomings: water pressure in showers is non-existent, barely enough to get shampoo out of hair. Very problematic for a beach vacation property. Light paper shades on all windows. It’s nice to have the option to sleep-in on a holiday. No chance in any of these bedrooms. Outdoor shower is completely disassembled, doesn't look like it’s functioned in months. The basement bunk room smells pretty strong of mildew, there is a dehumidifier but it was not operating. We couldn’t have anyone sleep down there. Finally, the beds are pretty bad. There are soft beds-and then there are sink to the floor soft beds. Very uncomfortable.
I would not rent again until these issues are addressed.
