About this apartment rental

"Countess Attic 3.3 (Sun of the Bay 3)" is a cosy apartment on the first floor and facing the beach of Alcudia, ideal for couples and families that want to rest in a quiet area, with spectacular and romantic views. Also this apartment is a perfect option for families with children who want to be near a beauty and safe beach and with many options and attractions for the children.



Inside you will find three bedrooms with plenty of light (one room with queen size bed of 150 cm x 190 cm, the second bedroom with two double beds of 90 cm x 190 cm and the third room has a bunk bed.



The apartment has two complete bathrooms, a bright lounge with a sofa, air conditioning in the dining area for six people, a fully equipped kitchen and a spectacular terrace looking straight to the beach and the most beautiful pine path of Puerto de Alcudia. There's a safe-box in the apartment.





The apartment is located by Mallorcas largest beach (12 km long) in a quiet area. The beach is just a few steps away from the apartment. From there you can walk to the marina, the port, the hotel area... everything is accessible from the beach path. You´ll find all types of Sport activities like windsurf, paddle surf, sailing, bottom glass boats, scuba...



You´ll also find restaurants, cafes, boutiques... and also for the kids there are playgrounds, swimming pools, attractions... Nearby there are also banks, doctors, clinics, pharmacies.



There are also historical buildings such the Roman city of Pollentia, the Roman theater, the medieval walls of the town of Alcudia.



If you are a nature fan, Mallorcas biggest Natural park, called S'Albufera and S'Albufereta are just a few km away. There are plenty of hiking routes in Aucanada, Bon Aire, La Victoria, Coll Baix...

- Location, perfect views - Easy access to location with key lock - Poorly equipped (e.g. 2 wine glasses for potentially 6 people) - Cutlery and plates very low quality - TV cables looking super cheap - this is easy to hide - Only 2 bins in whole appartment (1 in kitchen, 1 in one bathroom) - dishwasher not working properly, no soap etc. - Service personnel coming on day of departure earlier than agreed time

Guter bebreeze-Service beim Ein- und Aus-Checken absolut problemlos und einwandfrei. Super Lage, direkt am feinen Standrand von Puerto Alcudia. Wunderschöne Strandpromenade, ca. 2.5 km zu Fuss nach Puero Alcudia Perfekte, ruhige Lage u.a. mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Supermarkt nur 50 m von der Wohnung entfernt (Eroski) Bushaltestelle unweit der Wohnung Auto- und Fahrrad-Vermietung ganz nah bei der Wohnung Grosse saubere Wohnung mit herrlicher Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Super ausgestattet, z.B. mit Geschirr-Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Safe u.v.m. Sehr gute WiFi-Internetverbindung und Sat-TV mit unzähligen Sendern Viele Annehmlichkeiten wie Gemeinschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine, Grill, Standspielsachen und ein sep. WC/Dusche. Cool gemacht. Eigener Privatgarten mit Liegenstühlen inkl. Brause im Garten. Die 3 Schlafzimmer für 6 Personen sind ziemlich klein In den Kleiderschränken könnte man anstelle von vielen Kleiderbügeln, mehr Tablare einbauen Doppelbett (ca. 1.50 breit) für unsere Verhältnisse etwas sehr knapp In der unmittelbaren Umgebung hat es nicht so viele Restaurants.
