The location of the apartment and the see view.
The cleanliness. One of the AC is extremely dirty, so the apartment stinks. A few of the furniture where also broken, but perfectly hidden away. The apartment itself is extremely loud, so depends on your neighborhood "lifestyle" what you can here.

Lovely location on the beach, well equipped kitchen, very clean linens (bed sheets) and towels. Nicely furnished apartment with TV. Garden to the beach, 1 min walking to the beach, quiet and safe location.
The twin beds mattresses are too soft. The air conditioning is only in living room and twin beds room, not is the master bedroom. They were a lot of mosquitoes so we had to sleep with closed window because no screens on windows.
