The house offers pristine distant views and easy access to Lake Whitingham, Enjoyed by swimmers, boaters, paddlers and fishermen. (3-Kayaks, stand up paddle board and multiple bikes included in rental). The house has an open floor plan offering 3 separate lounging areas. Cathedral ceilings in living room with exposed timber beams provide a rustic cabin feel. Radiant heated floor makes for a comfortable house in winter. Covered deck with grill and table just off kitchen. 3 Full baths, 4 bedroom.Two of the queen rooms offer amazing lake views. High quality game room is an integrated part of the house and includes a slate Pool Table, 12' Shuffleboard table, Foosball and Ping pong. Historic downtown Wilmington is 1 mile away. A walkable village center with shops and restaurants, nestled in a beautiful natural setting. Surrounded by lakes, mountains and forest offering miles of hiking trails. You can walk to town from our property mostly thru a wooded trail. less than a 1 mile hike! Driveway is plowed and sanded in winter. However we do require that you have 4wd or all wheel drive vehicles During snow season. House Features Include:- 60" TV, TV in game room, both smart TV's with surround sound, Hi Speed Wireless internet Leather couches- Quality game room (Slate pool table, Quality Shuffleboard , Foosball Table & ping pong) Sauna - BBQ on deck,Sheets & Towels are included. Never stayed in house where the kitchen had everything we needed!!! Everything! We like to do our own cooking at home. Hot tub was wonderful after a day of hiking. Fire pit looking out on the most wonderful views. Everything you want rec was plenty of - paper towels- toilet paper- cleaning supply’s- etc. tv’s both large and easy to use. Layout of house is different but after getting to know it - it’s nice being all spread out in bedrooms in house from each other. We used indoor sauna also. Don’t have kids but if someone does they have everything in downstairs game room to keep busy!

My husband and I and two couples had the absolute pleasure of staying at Tony’s home. There were three couples, and we all had our own room and bathroom and enough room to completely spread out. The setting is spectacular overlooking the water with beautiful sunrises and sunsets .We had SO much fun in the game room and The communication with Mark was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely be back. Thank you again for sharing your home with us sincerely, Cindy and Scott.
