About this chalet rental
Vermont Lake/Ski House ideal location for all seasons. 1.2 Miles to Lake Raponda public beach and minutes from MT Snow for Skiing. Totally private home set on 17 acres yet minutes from the beautiful town of Wilmington. 4 bedrooms with queen beds on first floor. Ground level Rec room and Bunk room`s just completed. Bunk room has 5 single beds, Entertainment area with Xbox system, 55` TV, Foosball table and game board table with plenty of games to keep the kids busy.
All queen bedrooms are on single level with no stairs to climb. Great for guest with mobility issues.
* - Primary renter must be 30 and over
*- Pets will be considered( Type, size, etc) for a fee of $75/each up to 3 night stay. $150 for anything over 4 nights. Please inquire about your pet before booking.)
*- Once Booking is confirmed a rental agreement will be required to be signed with a photo id
*- A preauthorization charge of $1000 will be placed on your CC in leu of a refundable security deposit just prior to checkout. This charge will be released no later than 5 days from your departure.
This property has additional guest fee beyond 12 guest. The additional pricing will show in your booking amount but does not show correctly on the VRBO platform. VRBO is working to resolve this issue

The house is amazing—perfect for a small group of friends and our kids for a ski vacation. The house has tons of space for cooking, relaxing, and playing. Several of us remarked that it was the best stocked rental we've ever stayed at. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook big meals, from cookware to tin foil. Rooms were clean, cozy and comfortable. The giant fireplace was amazing, and the hot tub was clean, hot, and perfect for relaxing after skiing. The separate game room in the basement was great for the kids to hang out in. The place had an overall cool, cozy vibe. Just wish we could have stayed longer.
