Kid Friendly 1550 sq ft 4 Bedroom condo on 10th Hole Haystack Golf course. 2.5 baths and indoor and outdoor wood burning fireplaces with wood delivered every week. 4 miles (11 min) from Mt Snow and less than 2 miles from downtown Wilmington VT. 9 total beds across 4 bedrooms - 2 kings, 1 queen, and 6 twins make this a perfect family or multiple families getaway. Snowshoeing or golfing on haystack golf course make this property functional in all seasons. Right down the road from the Hermitage Club for private members. Nest smart doorbell camera on exterior of home by front door.

The unit was thoughtfully furnished, clean, and well-stocked; the location is good with ample parking; and the owner responded quickly when contacted. One thing though: a contractor who had the code to the lock on the front door entered the unit (using the code) when I was there alone. The contractor apologized and left. When contacted, the owner responded immediately and was horrified to learn of the contractor’s entry as he was not authorized to be there then. The owner promised to upgrade the lock on the door so the access code can be changed before each rental. In light of the care with which the owner treated us before and after this event, I believe that this will never happen again.

Sean the property owner was extremely responsive to all questions we had and was very helpful.
Property was as described and kitchen was very well equipped allowing us to easily cook for 12 adults
