For shared use: property 3'000 m2. Private: garden 1'000 m2 with meadow. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Supermarket 2.5 km, bus stop "Place de la fontaine" 120 m, sandy beach 8 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
