Apartment with terrace, on the beach, very quiet location, WiFi, aircon, 5 pers.

Comfortable property, well-equipped, very clean with splendid view over the beach from a small balcony. Good, modern bathrooms and spacious bedrooms. Excellent roof terrace but it might need more shading in mid-summer. Kitchen is quite small but modern and tidy. Parking might be tricky in high season as you have to park in a side street. Very friendly and helpful welcome on arrival.

What can I say about this holiday apartment! It is perfect and in a fab location. My partner and I had a wonderful time here. We visited Donnalucata in June 2014 for a week and were so impressed by this place. The photos are exactly as the property looks and Fabia was a wonderful host. On our arrival she had provided us with a really large fruit and tomato basket, some pastries and some Sicilian breads. There was lots of information about Donnalucata and the surrounding areas and throughout the week Fabia ensured that she was available in case we had any difficulties or queries. The property itself was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you would need for a self-catering holiday (including an old fashioned Italian espresso maker which we loved!). It is modern and light and a real delight to stay in (I wish it was my own house!!). The apartment has an absolutely wonderful large roof top terrace with a table and sun-loungers and we spent lots of time up there relaxing and enjoying the views out to sea. The apartment was quiet and close to all of the amenities in the town. We arrived by public transport and found this worked fine for what we wanted, but if you wanted to see a lot more of the area then a car would be required. We visited Scicli by bus without problem and also organised a sea kayaking and mountain biking trip. I could not give any faults to this apartment or the service provided. We had a fab time there and were very sad to leave!! 100% recommend.
