In summer there is always a fresh breeze that makes air conditioning unnecessary; Radiators for the "winter months" are available in all rooms.
The apartment is directly in front of the sandy beach in a very quiet area. Ideal for joggers, surfers or simply to relax. No traffic noise as it is a pure walk.
