About this cabin rental
Riverside Nest is a true couple's Retreat. A secluded mountain cabin perched above the Ellijay River with 101 steps down from the cabin to the beach area, hammock deck. Topside on the cabin's huge deck is a covered gazebo with a gas firepit and a hot tub with a cover lift. There is a fenced area for your pup with access to both the front deck and hot tub deck. The cabin offers a large cathedral ceiling king bedroom with a 32 inch TV. The living area has vaulted ceilings and is perfect for cuddling in front of the gas log fireplace or watching your favorite movie on the 55 inch smart TV with YouTube TV's 85 channel service (Includes sports and local) & Netflix & DVD player. There is also a bluetooth speaker for listening to your favorite songs. The Kitchen offers: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and espresso machine, with a wall of windows overlooking the Ellijay River and beautiful wooded views while dining. Riverside Nest is a perfect place to getaway with the one you love.

Access: Access to this cabin is via gravel, mountain roads. 4 wheel drive is not required, confidence in mountain driving is recommended.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING/NO SHOW/EARLY DEPARTURE: Each cabin is privately owned and cancellations affect owners significantly. Cancellations, rescheduling, or changes must be submitted in writing and confirmed received by Sliding Rock CabinsĀ® more than thirty-one (31) days prior to the original check-in date in order to receive refund, less a Sixty Five Dollar ($65) cancellation fee. Said changes regardless of reason made within thirty-one (31) days of your original check-in date will result in a forfeiture of all moneys paid. All moneys paid are non-transferable to another rescheduled date. Refunds will be given if Agent can re-book said dates with another guest limited to the extent of rebooking. Agents are not responsible for Guests inability to arrive or if Guests chooses to depart early for any reason, or if members of Guests party do not show up. No refunds, rebates, or compensation will be offered. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST PURCHASING VACATION RENTAL INSURANCE with your travel insurance of choice. We had a great time, the cabin was better than expected. The layout was great, the home was clean and spacious for two adults and our dogs. We really appreciated that a bed and extras were included for our boys. The hot tub was great and the creek and raised deck was perfect for our Golden Retriever to play in the water and keep him from splashing everyone. The cabin was secluded but still close enough to town to easily grab food and the things we needed during our stay. I highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet relaxing location.We are already planning another stay.

The cabin is perfectly positioned off the road and nestled in the trees like a nest, just like the name suggests, the sound of the river is wonderful. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Thank you for sharing your lovely place with us.

The only things I would have liked different was the driving directions and lack of toiletries. We stayed for 6 days and there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper. After spending as much money as we did I did not think I would have to purchase toilet paper. The directions had irrelevant information and misleading direction. We arrived just past dark and since there are no street lights, trying to see landmarks was out of the question. The directions referred to a residence as a landmark but there was no signage that indicated who lived at what residence? We spent probably 30-45min going back and forth looking for our cabin with two dogs in the car after a 9hr drive. Needless to say we were a bit frustrated upon our arrival, and this was our honeymoon.
