About this house rental

Our sweet serene older cottage home is located in a quiet old Florida neighborhood and is across from a small neighborhood park with a small lake. It is walking distance to many shops and places to eat. There is only one road you need to take to the beach! Our property has wood floors, a fireplace, fenced in yard, screened in patio, loft and deck that overlooks a neighborhood park. If you are looking for some rest and relaxation along with great bird watching this is it! Best of all if you have a furry family member they can be with you too! I am a special needs teacher in Sarasota so if you need anything or help deciding where to go, I can help! You will absolutely enjoy Sarasota and the weather is spectacular!

Only one extra roll of toilet paper and that was hard to find. So only suggestion is at least 2 rolls of TP and easy to find

Our stay was nice. The a/c needs to be able to accommodate colder temps. Also could use a floor fan . But worth the stay. Thanks
