The abundance of sandbags took up most of the beach. Combined with the super moon, king tide and Helene, our time on the beach was minimal. Some days we could not go out at all. While this is not any fault of the home owner, it still makes for a disappointing visit. AC could be improved by adding another unit. Also, the mattress in the beach facing bedroom in the bottom floor was horrible. This is why I feel the rent was overpriced (plus lack of beach). I will not stay again.

We really loved the location and all the shark teeth. It was difficult to keep the floor clean because there wasn’t a hose/shower to wash sand after the beach.

The oceanfront location was very nice but we found several pieces of broken deck furniture when arrived and they were unusable.
We also found that the air conditioning was not working correctly on the higher floors and the screen doors were off the track…we did appreciate the quick response to these issues.
The biggest issue was the absence of an outdoor water faucet or rinse off area, but that obviously could not be corrected during our stay.
