Sirens Song is a beautiful 2 story private home located beachfront in the middle of Topsail Island. She sleeps 10 comfortably with premium name brand bedding and mattresses. She has limited handicap access with a handicap ramp leading to the first level where you will find the kitchen and living area as well as a bedroom with private bath. With 4 bedrooms and 3 baths the whole family can spread out and enjoy your vacation with all the luxuries of home. A well equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances, wi-fi, game consoles and games, Flat screen TV's in all bedrooms, videos, books and games galore, charcoal and gas grills and gated decks for the little ones and pets to play at ease are just a few of the amenities.
Sirens Song is clean and inviting with two decks overlooking the blue Atlantic and miles of beautiful sandy beach to soothe your spirit. Watch for dolphins playing close to shore from the lounge or rocking chairs or relax and look for sharks teeth and shells right in front of the house.
Topsail Island is a unique blend of old and new with several wonderful restaurants and shops but also local fisherman selling their fresh catch at the bridge. The IGA in the heart of the island has most staples you require and there is a Food Lion just before you cross the drawbridge. A Harris Teeter and miniature golf complex opened summer 2011. Publix opened in 2022. People from around the world flock to Topsail for its beauty, adventure and laid-back atmosphere but because it is a barrier island with mostly private homes it is not crowded. Fishing, sailing, kayaking, golf, jet skiing, sightseeing, biking, surfing-Topsail has it all and is a true beach experience.
About Sirens Song:
Sirens Song has two levels with covered parking (garage) for one vehicle and outside off street parking for an additional 3-4 depending on size. There is a game room with air hockey and foosball tables in the oversized rear area of the garage for your enjoyment. A handicap ramp runs from the garage to the first floor deck. The first floor has a porch on the front with patio furniture including rockers to watch sunsets over the sound and a large deck on the back for having your coffee and watching the sunrise over the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. A hammock, patio furniture, gas grill and charcoal grill for cooking your mahi, rib eye or fresh seafood are a few of the features. The front is neatly landscaped with mulch flower beds, indigenous shrubs and palm trees.
From the upper level open your eyes and experience the 'awe factor' as you step out to the deck overlooking miles of beautiful sandy beach. The upper deck has two high chairs for relaxing or sunning and a hot/cold enclosed shower underneath the stairs for rinsing off after boogie boarding or surfing.
