About this house rental
The property is in a strategic location very close to Niagara Falls and Fallsview Casino. (Just walking distance.) This spacious 3 bedroom house is in a quiet neighborhood and has been freshly renovated and maintained to an extremely high standard. The house itself can easily accommodate up to six people.
Rooms are well appointed with all new queen beds and premium mattresses. All beds come with superior quality linens which will provide you a relaxed feel and a good nights sleep. The large kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances and boasts an eat-in dining table. The setup is ideal for quality meal times.
Indulge your need for entertainment in our recreational room. Stay connected with our complimentary Wi-Fi, stream videos, and watch Netflix on our 4K Smart TV. For the savvy business traveler, there is a small office space to connect and create.
Guests have private access to the entire upper house. The guests don’t have access to the basement. The owner lives in the basement & has a separate entrance. This is in accordance with local municipal laws.
This isn’t a party house. Guests have to be mindful of their surroundings and neighborhood. Please keep the volume down after 10 pm. Additional fees might include any damage to the house, stains to fixtures, complains from neighbors about any illegal activity, false fire alarms, false police alarms etc. (A formal invoice will be sent to guests for payment instructions.) Surveillance cameras are placed outside the property for guests safety.
An additional cleaning fee will be added if house rules are broken and/or extra cleaning is needed from excessive mess.
The number of people in or on the property at any time is restricted to the number of registered guests on the reservation.
***All reservations are to be accompanied by one piece of government ID after the booking is confirmed and uploaded on the message thread using the attachment icon found to the left of the message thread. This needs to be done within 24 hrs of booking. If ID isn't received, guests won't receive check in instructions. All information is kept confidential and is used for verification purposes to ensure safety and security of our home.
