The house was perfect for our family of 5. Check in was convenient and rooms were clean. Kitchen had everything and the back patio was a plus. Would highly recommend this place and the location is perfect. Walking distance to the falls. Thanks to Nancy also for informing us of the fire works!

Nancy's house was perfect for our 3-day vacation to Niagara Falls with our 3 grandchildren. Two full bathrooms (one upstairs with a tub/ shower and one downstairs with a small step-in shower) was ideal for the 5 of us. Everything was immaculately clean, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen well-stocked with dishware, flatware, and even an electric kettle. The house is a short walk to the Ramada Hotel WEGO/City Bus transfer stop. (Which we found to be very convenient). The street itself is not the prettiest, but we felt safe, and Nancy's backyard is pretty and well-maintained. Nancy answered all my questions in a very timely manner. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Check in was super easy. House was immaculate and had all the amenities wound could possibly need. Host was readily available with any questions we may have had. Our first time in Niagara Falls and the house was super close to all activities so we were able to walk most places. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location very thoughtful and pleasant host. stairs may be steep for some individuals. Bedrooms are lovely and it is great to have two bathrooms with shower. perfect location and is extremely convenient to walk to all major water fall attractions, so nice to have air conditioning but the air registers were a bit difficult to adjust.

Great location to walk to the falls and surrounding area. No need for a vehicle. Clean and well kept, no issues at all. I would recommend staying here is you’re looking for a place where you don’t have to drive or pay for parking at the falls. There are also several restaurants and stores within a very short drive of you want to get out of the expensive tourist area.

The property is one of the last remaining house options within 3 blocks of most attractions. There is a WeGo bus stop within 1 block. I would recommend using the bus or waling to attractions. House was clean and had extras such as herbs for cooking. Cooking was easy. I would stay here again. Truly enjoyed our week.

The house was nicely done up and enough space for the 7 of us. Bathroom upstairs and downstairs helped a lot. It’s behind a hotel and the blue line bus stop is in front of it so very convent if get the bus pass just pay attention to times it runs. Only thing is steps do make a lot of noise so if anyone gets up early and walks downstairs light sleeps can hear it. House has all basic needs that would want for cooking. Family had a great time.

This was a great house for our family of 6 to spend a long weekend. Close enough to everything to walk, but far enough for quiet while at the house. The owner left a binder for information about the area. The owner was also great with communication. We'll definitely stay here again if we are in Niagara Falls.

The house had everything we needed. It is very clean and comfortable. Good location to walk to restaurants, the casino, the falls etc. if you don’t want to do a lot of walking you can find parking closer to the falls for a fee. The suggestions in the book at the house were super helpful. Get some delicious dessert or sandwich at the Ganache and the owner will give you a lot more suggestions of local food. We had a great time!

My family and I spent 4 days at this location. It was a perfect spot for our purposes. We were close to the meeting location I had to go to for my convention, as well as to the shopping and eateries. Everything was within walking distance. The home was perfect for our needs, plenty of space for everyone. The communication with the owner was always quick and she was quite pleasant. Very courteous and kind. I would recommend this location.

Lets start at arrival. House is as found on map and pictures, located in a neighbourhood that could indicate concerns, but we had no issues during our stay. The 10 minutes walk to the Falls is the key selling point to this house. During our 3 nights we visited the Niagara falls every day (and night)to enjoy this wonder. We also recommend to take the short drive to see Niagara on the Lake. The house has a charm of its own, as you’ll find entering the house. It is furnished in an older style, but well equipped. Beds are comfortable, but as other reviewers also write the bathroom upstairs has a door that may not fit your needs for privacy. We love having a house over a hotel, since we feel more freedom and being ourselves, so this is the reason for not rather choosing a nearby hotel. Nancy was a very fast responder to all messages and it was easy to get instructions and recommendations for nearby locations such as groceries, restaurents and attractions. The reason I cannot give this rental full stars is the neighborhood including view from house and the state of the kitchen and upstairs bathroom considering the price. Had the price been lower the state of these rooms would be more acceptable.

Great place for exploring Niagara. bed in master was super comfortable. The twin beds are on wheels which was interesting for my 5 year old. Water was warm and had good pressure. Close to public transit. it checked my major points- comfort, clean, able to get a shower at the end of the day, and close to local attractions. The bathroom upstairs was a little cramped with minimal places to put things down but if I made it work with two small kids, it’s not a huge thing. Falls and Clifton hill are walkable- recommend cutting through the hotel parking lots behind the house then across the street from that, then the random empty parking lot- take a left and there’s Clifton hills. though the area looks sketchy at some points, we never had any issues or felt unsafe at any point. Nancy was an awesome host, super responsive.
