Welcome to your Ace Retreat in Niagara Falls. Enjoy this newly renovated house from top to bottom. This is the best central location in terms of proximity. The house is freshly renovated and maintained to an extremely high standard. Comfortable and cozy, the house is loaded with all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. Host can be reached out anytime at [email protected].

Rooms are well appointed with all new beds and premium mattresses. All beds come with superior quality linens which will provide you a relaxed feel and a good nights sleep.

Stay connected with our complimentary Wi-Fi, stream videos and watch Netflix on our brand new 65 inch Sony OLED Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, all new dining ware and cooking utensils. There is ample parking and the driveway can fit upto 3 cars.

***All reservations are to be accompanied by one piece of government ID after the booking is confirmed and uploaded on the message thread using the attachment icon found to the left of the message thread. This needs to be done within 24 hrs of booking. If ID isn't received, guests won't receive check in instructions. All information is kept confidential and is used for verification purposes to ensure safety and security of our home.

This was exactly what we were looking for. It's in a quiet neighborhood, just off Stanley St, within walking distance of the Falls, which I did. Walk there. Literally about 2 blocks up and two blocks over.House was perfect. 4 bedrooms (we only needed three), two full baths, large kitchen, nice outside sitting area with a lawn. Didn't need anything more than that, since we were out being tourists most of the time.The place was clean, beds were made with fresh sheets, towels, etc in the baths, snacks and coffee and glasses and plates and utensils in the kitchen, and even a washer/dryer (which we didn't need or use). If you don't feel like making your own coffee, Tim Hortons is next door. I think the owner even came and cut the lawn while we were out!Can't say enough good things about it.

The property was just right for our group of 7 friends visiting Niagara for an event at the convention centre. It is close to everything. The beds were comfortable and the property overall was very clean. The only items for improvements I would point out are 1) there is a slight musty smell on the main floor when you enter the property; 2) more bath towels are needed in the washrooms. That said, we wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again. Thanks for a great stay!

Very nice house, enough room for the whole family. Close enough to walk to the Falls, Clifton Hill entertainment, restaurants. (The Tim Hortons right by the house was also fun for the teens.) I can't say enough about the owner, who was so kind and went out of his way to help us through a minor emergency that came up while there. Would definitely stay here again!

Check/in is hassle free. The home was quite clean and welcoming. Bathrooms are large. Kitchen is well supplied with nice plates. Numerous cups and glassescoffee and electric hot water pots with teas, creams, and a welcome supply of water bottles and snacks. Overall, a great choice for our overnight stay in Niagara Falls, Canada.

It takes 20 min to walk to the falls, so great location. There is a Tim Horton's about 400m away, which is also convenient.The outside patio is very nice to relax on after a long day.The only thing to be aware of is I don't think there were any closets in the bedroom, but there are hooks on all the doors to hang clothes if needed.A great place overall!

We had an amazing stay. The house is nicely furnished and spotless, and had so many little extras. We really felt welcomed! Jas was an exceptional host who went the extra mile to make our stay as carefree as possible. There were decorations and treats for my birthday which was a pleasant surprise and very much appreciated. The location was great. It was close to activities but far enough away to escape some of the traffic and congestion. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

The house was very clean and provided all the comforts we needed and as listed. It was about a 20-25-min walk to the main attractions (Clifton Hill/Niagara). It wasn't the most exciting neighborhood but we had kids with us and that was fine. The property manager was extremely welcoming, informative, and responsive to our needs--thanks, Jas!

We had a nice, relaxing, comfortable stay. The house had everything we needed for our trip. Jas is a very responsive host. The house was super clean, beds were comfortable, showers were great and it had 2 nice roomy bathrooms. Plenty of room for 6 of us to sit and relax in the living room and eat together at the table. Lots of attention to detail with helpful/useful amenities and appliances, and the house was freshly updated, nicely decorated, and cozy inside with good air conditioning.

Everything was great. House was very clean, host made sure we knew he was available if needed, within walking distance of Niagara Falls attractions. Only suggestion, and this is me nitpicking, a few table lamps in living room and bedrooms, would make it easier to sit and read without bright overhead light. But all said and done, still 5stars.

This home was perfect for our family of four. It provided us the space we wanted and the location to Niagara Falls and Clifton Hill. The house was extremely clean and the property owner was very thoughtful with water, snacks, juice, coffee, wine, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and the washer/dryer was great to have. Clean and cute, comfy beds, nice amenities like a well stocked coffee/tea station, toiletries, pack n play for my baby! Host also provided good recommendations for restaurants and activities. The only downside is that it's a bit hard to walk to the falls from this spot because Stanley Ave has such crazy traffic but that is in no way the host's fault! Great spot for my family.
