Comfortable 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo located at Sunshine Village in Mammoth Lakes, near the Sierra Star Golf Course and shuttle route to Eagle Lodge. Sleeps up to 4 guests and is approximately 800 sq. ft.
This ground-floor unit is all on one level for easy access. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while a separate sleeping alcove includes a set of twin bunk beds. The living room offers a wood-burning stove (wood provided), flat-screen Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and comfortable seating.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances, cookware, and dishware, with the dining area providing space for meals and gatherings. Two outdoor parking spaces are included.
Guests enjoy access to Sunshine Village's community amenities, including a recreation room with billiards, ping pong, and video games, as well as a summertime heated pool, spa, BBQ areas, and tennis court. Laundry facilities are available on-site with QR code instructions on the machines.
