Spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo located at Sunshine Village in Mammoth Lakes, near the Sierra Star Golf Course and shuttle route to Eagle Lodge. Sleeps up to 6 guests and is approximately 1,100 sq. ft.
This ground-floor unit is all on one level for easy access. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and flat-screen Smart TV. The second bedroom includes a queen bed. The living room offers a sofa bed, flat-screen Smart TV, wood-burning stove (wood provided), Wi-Fi, and comfortable seating.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances, cookware, and dishware, with the dining area providing seating for meals. Two outdoor parking spaces are included.
Guests enjoy access to Sunshine Village's community amenities, including a recreation room with billiards, ping pong, and video games, as well as a year-round spa and sauna, heated summer pool, BBQ areas, and tennis court. Laundry facilities are available on-site with QR code instructions on the machines.
Complimentary internet and cable TV are provided; however, no refunds are given for connectivity issues.

Overall, this is a nice place to stay in Mammoth! Great location, walkable to local bars and restaurants, and an easy drive to any of the main areas at the resort. The beds were also quite comfortable.I've done dozens of trips to Mammoth; this place was on the pricier side. It was very clean and had everything we needed, but was also a bit outdated.Some recommendations for property management:- Have all communications go through VRBO (or whichever system the reservation comes through). Check-in instructions were provided, though finding the lockbox was a bit tricky.- Why even have a key? Install a keyless entry and manage it remotely- Also, checkout instructions were not provided in any correspondence (email or on VRBO). We looked through the binder in the unit, but there were no checkout instructions there, either.As a rental property owner, myself, these things add up and contribute to the overall experience!

Nice, roomy, comfortable.Not 5 stars because: 1) Kitchen pots, pans and utensils were in a terrible state. However, we made a call and promptly got some new roasting pan 2) Hot tub is a walk across the street, too far to go there in minimal clothing in the middle of winter.If the above two things don't bother you, you could give it 5 stars.Very convenient green bus line to Eagle Lodge at Mammoth.

Overall stay was fine. Place was clean but dated, amenities are bare bones.Our biggest issue was the lack of heat in the living room. We made it work with the wood stove, but to not provide built in heat is pretty crazy. After contacting property management, we were first told the fireplace was the only option, and then they offered to have it fixed but no one ended up fixing it. Wood stove kept us warm but out of principle I had to leave a less than positive review.Mammoth is expensive, but next time I’ll spend a little extra for a nicer place.
