This unit is well stocked, clean, close access to grocery stores, access to multiple gas BBQ grills, pool, and parking. I really enjoyed my stay here but my only gripe is that I received several unauthorized parking warnings but I was never told nor issued parking passes. I even spoke to a resident who had a pass but was still issued a warning. Beyond that issues the unit was perfect for our group of 8. The only thing that I would have liked was a unit with air conditioning. The loft was too warm for my friends and there was nothing that we could do about it. I would imagine if staying here during the winter it would get pretty cold too. There is a pellet furnace located in center of living room but I doubt it would head the whole unit adequately.
