About this house rental
Attractive and cozy townhome located on the Snowcreek meadow, steps away from #4 Redline Ski Shuttle stop. This townhome has been recently upgraded with beautiful furnishings, new kitchen appliances (Bosch range, dishwasher and microwave), remodeled fireplace and new electronics (50' LCD Flatscreen TV, blue-ray player, surround-sound bar). There is room to sleep up to 10 guests. Both primary bedroom suites have a private deck from which you can look out onto the pristine meadow and Mammoth Creek meandering by 50 feet away; some of the best views that Snowcreek has to offer. Beyond the meadow are the beautiful Sherwin and Mammoth mountains which set an amazing backdrop to the townhome view. The location provides easy access to everything you'll need: walking distance to restaurants and stores and minutes away from golf courses, Snowcreek Athletic Club and walking, biking & hiking trails. High speed WiFi internet access is provided throughout the condo. Security and safety is enhanced by an exterior security camera mounted above the porch closet that covers the porch and front door area.

We had a great stay at this property and would absolutely come back. The location was fantastic--close to everything we needed, yet still in a beautiful, peaceful area that made it easy to relax.The home itself was very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed (and more), which made it easy to cook and feel at home during our stay. There was also plenty of parking, which was a big plus and made coming and going very convenient.The host was excellent--very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and everything was exactly as described.Overall, this was a very nice, comfortable, easy, and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a well-located, well-stocked, and stress-free place to stay when visiting the mountain.

We had a great stay at this awesome condo! Very close to town. Super comfortable living space and privacy for the bedrooms. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was generously stocked with all essentials. Parking was easy with ample space.Condo is a bit dated, but nothing that would prevent us from staying here again. A minor complaint was that we could not connect one of the bedroom TV's to the apps for some reason. Also, the TV in the living was missing the Roku, as we could also not connect to the apps. Those are minor gripes considering everything else was as described.Would definitely stay here again!

The vacation was for six friends spending time together. We all agreed the unit's location was awesome. However, we found dirty clothes from a previous user under a dresser, the dishes were not clean so we had to wash before we used them, the check out instructions emailed to us were different from the posted ones, the unit lacked TLC to say the least, the showers were dirty and some had mold. We enjoyed our time in the unit but the lack of attention from the cleaning crew and lack of overall TLC for the unit would not encourage us to stay in this unit again. The unit seems to be a "money maker" unit rather than attracting any returning guests. A little TLC and attention to cleanliness would go along ways to attracting repeat customers.
