World-class snow sports and spectacular summer hiking and golfing are all around you when you make your Mammoth Lakes home base at this condo in Sunshine Village. Ideally located close to the conveniences of town and the base of Mammoth Mountain, this forested property will welcome you home from your daily adventures with an outdoor pool, a hot tub, a sauna, and a game room with billiards and Ping-Pong.
Kick off your boots and hang up your coats in the entryway, and step inside to make yourself at home by the wood-burning fireplace. There's a soft sectional sofa to host you as you watch TV, sliding glass doors that lead outside to a balcony, and a dining room table where you can set out après-ski snacks. The kitchen is open to the living room as well, offering every essential appliance (including a dishwasher) and a breakfast bar for three. A shared gas grill and community laundry facilities can be found on the grounds as well. At night, you'll find that each of the two bedrooms - including a primary suite - has its own flatscreen TV.
