Private: property (fenced), terraced garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 19.Apr. - 09.Oct.). Outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 80 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Sehr geschmackvolle toskanische Villa inmitten einer tollen Landschaft. Jedes Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Charme, eine urige Küche, ein Traum-Aussenessplatz, eine tolle Poollandschaft! Man kann nicht genug schwärmen, es hat alles perfekt gepasst. Der Service von Patricia war super - wir kommen gerne wieder

Das Haus war wie gebucht, alle Erwartungen für den Preis wurden erfüllt. Die Lage herausragend, das Haus groß genug für Acht. Nicht als Kritik/Mangel, sondern als Information: die Badezimmer sind recht klein. Die Ausstattung der Küche (Schüsseln, Töpfe, Kleingeräte) könnte umfangreicher sein. Das gilt nicht für Geschirr! Freisitz, Garten, Pool einfach Klasse. Achtung gfl. Lärmbelästigung durch Flaschenabfüllung im Freien im angrenzenden Weingut - in unserem Fall Anfang August. Service: KLASSE!

Die Liegen am Pool müssen unbedingt erneuert werden. Es war auch nur 1 Sonnenschirm vorhanden. Hier sollten es schon mindestens 2 Schirme sein. Reisetipps: Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in Kürze zu erreichen. Florenz, Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano usw.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten / Supermärkte in ca. 4-5 kmRestaurants in der Nähe mit gutem Angebot.
