Had a wonderful stay. Property is spacious and well appointed. We had a slight issue with cleanliness upon arrival and the owner was extremely responsive and got the crew back out immediately. All in all, it was a terrific experience!

This was a large, well appointed rental in a great location.
The unit is 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and the master was quite large. The other bedrooms are of good size and our adult children were very comfortable with their stay.
The pools onsite were good.
The location is excellent with everything you need or want to do within 15 minutes.
We would definitely stay here again.

Well stocked and maintained house in a very central location in Indian Wells. Communication with host was excellent from start to finish. Very spacious and light filled house.

This is a very nice property. The master bedroom is very spacious with a very nice bathroom en suite. The kitchen is another highlight. Very large and well appointed. Floor to ceiling windows in the living room and master bedroom keep the place bright and cheerful during daylight hours and there is a pond with a fountain just beyond the patio and the fountain lights up at night providing nice scenery after dark. During daylight hours there are tennis courts and a four hole pitch and putt golf course in the complex and there are six swimming pools as well as a couple hot tubs that can be used well into the evening. I found that as I walked around the complex, everyone I came across was super friendly so that makes you feel welcome. The landscaping is gorgeous. I've rarely scene such perfect lawns. Mountain views surrounding the property. Indian Wells is a very nice community with nice shops and restaurants close to the property. There are a million golf courses in the area and even the least expensive are still nicer than most courses elsewhere. If you don't have a specific golf course in mind, I find that using the website golfnow.com is the best way to shop for golf courses and make tee times in the area. I had a few hiccups with the property but the owner was quick to respond and help sort things out, so no harm, no foul. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return for another visit.
