About this house rental
This remodeled mid-century modern home with 3BR/2BA sits in an upscale enclave of South Palm Desert. Walk to the shops and restaurants of El Paseo and the College of the Desert Street Fair, spend the day soaking up the local sights before returning home to paradise. House is less than 10 minutes to Indian Wells Tennis Center for those who love tennis, and within 15 minutes of multiple high end golf courses such as Desert Willow, Indian Wells Resort Courses, and the Classic Club.
Grill dinner on your patio and dine al fresco with outdoor seating for six. Then, swim or chill under the stars in the private salt-water pool and spa.
LIVING AREAS
The light and airy living room offers comfortable seating for pre-dinner drinks or for unwinding with a movie on your LED TV with all the streaming options. Warm up in front of the gas fireplace while you make plans for the next day’s adventures.
KITCHEN & DINING
Chefs will love the gourmet kitchen which boasts a Sub Zero Fridge, Wolf Range and Oven, and all the necessary kitchen items to cook a quite bite to eat or a holiday dinner. There is dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, and outdoor BBQ. We also have a full water filter and softener system that saves you from the traditional hard water in the desert.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This house sleeps six guests in a total of three bedrooms.
Find quiet privacy in the spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed, 45” TV, Ceiling Fan and direct patio access. Multiple closets provides plenty of room to store all your travel essentials, and an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower offers a lovely space to refresh after a day in the sun.
The second bedroom offers a king bed, 45” TV, and direct patio access, while the third room includes two twin beds and ample storage.
Down the hall, a full bathroom provides a large shower.
OUTDOOR AREAS
The private resort-like pool/spa area is the social hub of this fantastic home. Barbeque dinner on the covered patio on the state-of-the-art grill, or lounge on ample outdoor seating and take in the gorgeous mountain views. Watch a movie or your favorite sporting event on the outdoor TV while you sit in the Spa or swim in the pool.
The front carport area includes a great covered sitting area for your morning coffee while you stare out at the beautiful mountains and start your next day in paradise.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, Tesla EV Charger, and everything you would expect at a high end home.
THE LOCATION
For the golfers in your group, nearby Desert Willow Golf Resort features two landscaped public golf courses with many water features and stunning lakeview dining.
A local favorite, The Street Fair at College of the Desert is one of the top things to do in the Palm Springs area. Enjoy open-air shopping with over a thousand items for sale, from home goods and fashion to furniture and vintage decor. Pick up fresh produce at the farmer’s market. Live entertainment and gourmet food are also a draw at the Street Fair.

My Fiancè and I were able to venture down from San Francisco to stay here for a month. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor seating, the neighborhood for evening walks, and pool time during the hot days. The indoor space is spacious and features Air Conditioning and strong WiFi, which was reliable while we worked remotely during our stay.
Nate was very helpful and responsive throughout our visit. We'd love to return here in the future!

This was a great home for our extended COVID-19 getaway. It is very central to anything you need or want to see and is in a quiet neighborhood. During our summer stay, we spent a lot of time in the spacious and relaxing pool. Very clean and well stocked which made us feel right a home. On our short list of places to rent again!

No fault to the home owners stay was cut short and they generously refunded part of the cost. The neighbor was great and fun and made my trip in isolation bearable. . The home is in need of updates especially the kitchen, but the yard is nice and the pool warm. It is walkable to el paseo but its a good walk. Everything is easy to get to as I was very familiar with the area . Over all there was no concerns about my safety as I was there alone foe 3 weeks
