Staying at Residence Absolute allows you to spend pleasant vacations in Puglia, in one of the most popular destinations in Salento, thanks to the sea and long beaches.
The Bilo Primo Piano each offer 4 beds and share with the other apartments the playground for the little guests, parking space in the garage, wi-fi internet.

Completely independent, the Bilo Primo Piano of the Absolute residence in Porto Cesareo are apartments all the same. The house opens with a large living room in which there is, in addition to the dining room and open kitchen, a sofa bed for two people. A hallway leads to the master bedroom and shower room. To complete the house, there is a small balcony equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining.

The Bilo Primo Piano vacation homes of Absolute Apartament residence are equipped with all the main accessories such as air conditioning, alarm system, wi-fi internet connection, mosquito nets on doors and windows. In common all apartments have reserved parking space, playground, equipped outdoor spaces.

where there are all the main services, not only bars, restaurants and
stores, but also medical guard, pharmacies, bookstores, library, sea
museum and much more. For nightlife, many equipped lidos during the day turn into clubs during the beautiful summer evenings to be spent by the sea.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Change of bath linen, each 2 days
- Tidying up of accommodation, for day
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared garden.
- Air conditioner in the corridor.
- Indoor parking fee euro 10 per night (subject to availability, payment on site).
