At 150 meters from the popular beach of Porto Cesareo, Bilocale Lu Sule is one of the 3 semi-independent holiday homes that form the Versomare complex, where you can spend a holiday in Salento. The apartments for rent are modern, carefully furnished, all equipped with air conditioning and wi-fi internet. The two-room apartment Lu sule accommodates up to 4 people. Animals are not allowed.

Bilocale Lu Sule is
an apartment with a spacious living room, a well-equipped open kitchen
so you can enjoy cooking during your stay, an electric oven and TV, plus
two single beds. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom. The holiday home also has a balcony where you can relax outdoors, and a bathroom with shower.
In
the heart of Porto Cesareo, Versomare with its 3 holiday homes is on
the first floor of a building that allows you to enjoy your holiday with
all the services at hand. The other apartments are 2 one-room apartments (Lu
Mare and Lu Ientu) and can easily accommodate up to 11 people. They
share the staircase leading to the first floor, the furnished terrace
for outdoor dining and the laundry area with washing machine.There is no internal parking space but you can easily park your car on the street in front of the building.

Versomare is
a complex of holiday homes in the center of Porto Cesareo. The popular
beach town is just 150 meters from the complex and can be easily reached
on foot, as all the main services. The bathing establishments are just a
few kilometers away, famous destinations such as Torre Lapillo, Punta Prosciutto, Torre Castiglione and Riva degli Angeli, with Caribbean sea and high golden dunes.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared entrance staircase, a furnished terrace for outdoor dining and a laundry room.

Although the communication with the agency was little bit confusing, we were very pleased with the service provided by the local administrator Giovanni who was in touch whenever it was needed and prepared to help with anything. The appartement is located on the one of the main streets leading from the city center so it may be very noisy during the trafiic peak, but it's clean, well-equiped (just sharpen the knife, please :), close to all necessary shops (especially la panetteria accross the street is pure gold in the morning). You can enjoy an extra large balcony and very pleasant rooftop.
The nearest beach is 100-200 metres – there is a super-shallow lagoon, great for kids. Or just take a boat in the port and go to L'isola dei conigli (rabbit island). Don't forget to buy and cook some seafood and to drink local wines like negroamaro, primitivo, malvasia nera, salice salento and many more! Arrivederci alla prossima!
