It has an outdoor equipped area with table and chairs, where you can relax or have dinner.
The
apartment consists of a large dining room with kitchen and sofa bed for
two guests. The sleeping area has one bedroom and a bathroom with
shower. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests.
It is equipped with air conditioning (in the living room), barbecue, washing machine, television.

Cesareo is one of the most famous tourist locations in Salento. It has
beautiful sandy beaches, awarded by Legambiente for their clear sea
water and the quality of the services. The closest beach is 450 meters
away, and so it is the city centre with its events, artisanal shops,
stands, bars and restaurants. Moreover, the Museo di Biologia Marina is
near and it`s worth visiting.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week..
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
