La casa, anche se molto antica, era pulita, ariosa e grande. Ci sono stati forniti asciugamani e lenzuola. In posizione abbastanza buona, la prima spiaggia non rocciosa libera non troppo affollata a 15 minuti a piedi (le dune) e il centro a 10 minuti.

Il box doccia rotto, la porta d'ingresso era una portafinestra e alcuni infissi non si chiudevano bene.
