Theone-bedroom apartment is a simple and essential solution, perfect for spending your vacations in Porto Cesareo at a stone`s throw from the sea, the beaches and the city center.
All the main accessories are present: air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets etc.
The two-room apartment also has a small equipped outdoor space. It offers up to 4 beds.

The two-room apartment consists of two rooms plus services, as well as a small backyard equipped with table, chairs and umbrella for outdoor dining.
The entrance is into a long hallway. The living area is a large furnished living room with open kitchen, dining room and 1 double sofa bed. The sleeping area is 1 double bedroom. The house is completed by 1 shower room.
The apartment is one of the solutions offered by the Athena Apartments complex , consisting of three newly built two-room apartments, autonomous and independent of each other, adjacent to each other.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 10 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
