The sunlight pours in through the wide windows, making the atmosphere warm and inviting. You will find 2 comfy sofas, a convenient coffee table, and a flat-screen TV with Freeview to keep you entertained throughout your stay. This is the perfect spot to relax after a long day exploring.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with all necessary appliances, including a French press/cafeteria, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, gas hob, cooking basics, and silverware.
Gather your dearest ones around the dining table and enjoy a delicious meal together. 4 guests can sit comfortably.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, and the second is fitted with a queen-size bed.
The bathroom is complete with a shower, toilet and sink.

The host was amazing, extremely responsive and easy to contact. A great location, Thistle St has everything you need from a sandwich shop with amazing filled rolls, coffee roaster, best Thai food in Edinburgh to a great Wine Bar. The bed’s are comfortable and bedding warm and inviting. Wonderful hot shower. The flat needs some TLC to bring it to five stars, a little attention to detail, with things like bare bulbs with no shades, cracks in walls, gaps in floor boards and unusable shelf in bathroom, a freezer box in fridge, would elevate this flat from ok to excellent.

The flat was perfect for our 10 night stay with two rooms a full kitchen and comfortable beds. We loved the living room. The location was perfect. So convenient to everything! Would stay again.

Great location. Flat worked well for our group. I could not get the app that they wanted us to use for check in to work so communication was a bit awkward but it all worked out okay.
