We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage! Our host, Sue, was absolutely amazing, friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond to any questions we had throughout our stay.The cottage itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. It was fully stocked with everything needed for cooking, dining, cleaning, and relaxing. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom were all thoughtfully furnished and exceptionally clean. Even with temperatures ranging from 88–95 degrees, the air conditioning kept both living areas cool and comfortable.One of the highlights of our trip was the wildlife. Deer were everywhere! We watched them stroll through neighborhoods, wander around the cottage and golf course, and casually interact with people without any fear. Seeing baby deer playing nearby was something truly special and made the experience even more memorable.The location couldn’t have been better. It’s situated in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood while still being just minutes from downtown Gruene and New Braunfels. It was also conveniently located for floating both the Guadalupe and Comal Rivers.Whether you’re planning a romantic couples getaway or a fun sister weekend, this cottage is the perfect place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would gladly return!

Great experience. Clean and well appointed. Quiet country feel while being close to Gruene. Would recommend and will be back.
