Book your Nashville getaway at our spacious and completely remodeled mid-century, 4 bedroom 2 bath home located in the hip and highly desirable neighborhood of Donelson! Centrally located to all Nashville has to offer, we are 3 miles from the Grand Ole Opry and less than 10 minutes from downtown! Immerse yourselves with the locals and experience the small-town charm of Donelson while being just minutes away from all Nashville has to offer at this newly renovated home!
Perfect for large groups and traveling families, the floor plan sleeps up to 10 people comfortably, with plenty of room share space or spread out. Select wood furniture pieces were hand-made from trees that were downed on the property from the tornado that hit the Nashville area in March of 2020.
The homeowner lives on-site in a separate unit attached to the home, but will never be in the rental space at any time during your stay. Guests have access to the entire home except for the homeowner unit and the detached garage.

Great location in Nashville. Easy to get to downtown and points west but out of that part of the city. House is bright and clean with any amenities you would want. Check in and communication was clear and easy. We had a mixup on my end with dates that got cleared up very quickly and easily. I would and may stay again when going to Nashville and think just about everybody would be happy with it.

The house was very clean and in a nice neighborhood. It was close to the mall and places to eat. The patio was perfect for enjoying down time as well as relaxing with our group. Host add suggestions of things to do while in the city and that was helpful. Host shared all instructions before check-in and promptly responded to all questions. Would most definitely book here again!

Great location. The only reason no 5 star was cleanliness could have been a little better and beds were not to comfy for an old person. Very spacious and was exactly what was needed. Lots and lots of room. Would stay again.

Overall it was a nice place with ample space for our whole family. The fridge and bathrooms could use a good cleaning. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evenings. The owners were easy to communicate with and responded quickly.
