The house was in a safe and quiet area. It was close to the Opry and Downtown. The host had everything labeled and in a logical location.
We had no real complaints.

The property is very stylish and sharp! I loved how each bedroom had its own bathroom. Everyone felt extremely comfortable.
Was not prepared for all of the stairs, but it wasn’t all that bad.

Did not "collect" keys but had the code sent to me for the door. I was SHOCKED by how well I slept every night I was there. Loved having a balcony and appreciated the coffee and snack bars left for us.
The door lock could be a bit annoying at times requiring multiple attempts to unlock. A couple times I was ready to call and see if we'd been locked out. Road work occurring while we were there and the next-door neighbor appeared to bring a bowling ball to roll around on the floor two nights in a row for HOURS. None of that was typical though. The shower water pressure was pretty pathetic requiring MUCH longer to take a shower than I normally would. Also, the Keurig in the upstairs bathroom was not working. I would have been really upset with the "extra" bed (we used the three queens in the three bedrooms) as it was not a real bed and located in a walk-in closet. There is NO WAY I could sleep in there let alone ask someone else to. Luckily, we did not need it. I do NOT care for "threats" of being charged for any noise we made based on "decibel" meters. Girlfriend found a bit of mold in the shower/bath (perhaps on a curtain?).

The games in the garage very entertaining the separation of bedrooms from the main area. It was also very spacious the location was great 10 minutes away from everything we wanted to do. Very clean, and it felt like home and very comfortable
That washer was absolutely horrible I couldn't wash my cloths. It was jumping away from the wall. Very off balanced so I had to take dirty cloths back home. I couldn't was your sheets or towels or nothing like we were instructed and the GARBAGE DISPOSAL WAS BAD TOO IT DIDNT WORK
