It is a nice and very clean flat - we appreciated the existence of two bath-rooms (and enough towels) and a dishwasher. The modern aircondition worked absolutely well so that you can infinitely adjust a convenient temperature. As you can see on the photos there is no terrace to sit on after a day at the beach but you can easily walk the sort distance to the city-centre to have a drink.
By the way: kindly some former guests have left sunchairs and sunshades for beach visits.
If the kitchen had more dishes like forks, knives etc. it would be perfect equipment.

We spent 10 days on Sardinia. The apartment is completely renovated and the facility is new, friendly and you will find all things you need in your daily life. The landlord, Beniamino is also very nice and open for questions and ready to help and give some good tip what you have to see even we are German and we had some interference with communication. We would definitely recommend this apartment to other interested persons. It is hard to find a good apartment for this price on Sardinia. And Villasimius is a very nice place to stay. We will come back! Grazie, Beniamino for the nice accommodation and we hope to see you soon again.
