The lower level of the home offers a king master suite with 43" SMART TV and private full bath that includes a double sink vanity and walk-in shower. There is also a guest bedroom with a queen bed, 40" SMART TV and shares the hall bathroom with walk-in shower. The third guest room on the main level offers twin bunk beds with 25"cable TV. The large living space offers additional sleeping with a queen sleeper sofa and 65" SMART TV. A full size washer and dryer is also included for your convenience and an adorable child’s nook is located under the stairs.
The second level features a gorgeous, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The kitchen island offers an oversized counter with seating for 4. Off of the kitchen is a breakfast area with seating for 4 and the formal dining room which offers seating for 8. Another comfortable living space includes a 50" SMART TV, another queen sleeper sofa, and 2 large club chairs. The hall bath includes a walk-in shower conveniently located near the guest bedroom that has two twin beds and 32" SMART TV. Also on the second level is another king master suite with 50" SMART TV and full bath en-suite offering a walk-in shower. All showers in the home are equipped with mp3 music players.
Off of the living space is a large screened-in patio offering a slight ocean view and ceiling fan and comfortable padded furniture. The pool deck is located on the ground level and includes a heatable pool and large crab shack with propane grill, table seating, small refrigerator, and table seating.

We’ve been coming to HHI for many years and this was another enjoyable stay. Communication was excellent on the one issue we had (freezer door wouldn’t open). Would definitely rent from them again.

This house was great for our family vacation. The proximity to the beach could not have been better. The kids loved swimming in the pool, so we spent a lot of time enjoying the deck/pool area. The house was very clean and the accommodations were nice and spacious. We ran into a couple issues during our stay. The kitchen refrigerator was barely cold for the first couple days but eventually got cold. Also, the air conditioner stopped working twice during our stay. We called for support from Beach Properties for these issues and they sent someone out to check out the issues quickly. The HVAC tech said the A/C unit supporting upstairs needs to be replaced. For the price we paid to rent this house, I would have expected the A/C to be in good working order.

We had a wonderful time. The location was perfect! The weather in early May was beautiful, and we paid extra to have the pool heated. The space worked well for our family of six.

The facility was very nice, but the doors on the porches would not latch. One of the doors was coming apart at the bottom. We paid extra for a heated pool, but the heater did not work properly, except for part of one day. Our wedding party had a heated pool at there place next door that was great.
